---------------------------------
Background:

Since 2010, the GBG "Year and a Day" calendar project includes feast days for deities from Pagan pantheons from around the world, and other interesting info for every day of the year.

The calendar project shares old photos, news clippings and quotes from Gerald B. Gardner (GBG), Doreen Valiente, Patricia Crowther, Eleanor Bone, Monique Wilson, Lois Bourne, and other of the early High Priestesses of the modern-day Craft, covering over several decades of history.
---------------------------------
Hundreds of Pagan Feast Days:

Hundreds of Pagan Feast Days are included from cultures around the world to help tailor your own rituals, learn more about specific deities, or to better sense the unique energies of that day. Full and New Moons are also shown, including the Zodiac sign where the Moon is for that day.

Examples of Feast Days from Around the World:

October 6: Feast of Hecate

October 17: Shinto Sun Goddess Festival

October 19: Day of Osiris

October 21: Feast or Ursala, ancient Czeck MoonGoddess

October 27: Allan Apple Day, for Divination to find your true Love

November 18: Feast of the Persian "Mother of the Stars" Ardvi

December 6: Dion Fortune (Violet Mary Firth) born, 1890

December 11: Feast of the Celtic Goddess Arianrhod

A sample month is available for free at: www.GBGcalendar.com
---------------------------------
8-Year Collector's Set:

To meet requests for past years' calendars, a "Collector's Set" of eight years (2011 through 2018) is available. Each year has many different images and design, and includes different High Priestesses.
---------------------------------
Fund-Raiser to Preserve Craft History:

For each calendar sold, a small donation will be made to organizations that help preserve Craft history. Special thanks to the Doreen Valiente Foundation and the Museum of Witchcraft in the UK. The goal of the calendar is to not just raise funds, but to raise awareness in our community for these important historical organizations. If you are not familiar with them, please take a moment to learn more.

"Year and a Day"

The term "a year and a day" brings us to the very special activity shown on the 366th day of this calendar. This year's 366th day is unlike any other.

hi Link,

Thanks for posting the reminder.
I'll be ordering from you very soon.

It's a pity I won't be able to pick them up personally this year! [Sad]

I just received my "A Year... and a Day" 2018 in the mail today.
It is my first but will not be my last.
Nicely printed on heavy stock it is much nicer than the calendars that are sold in the mass market.
If you are searching for a "Craft" calendar and one that supports the history of the Craft, it is a good choice.
Thanks Link, really nice.

Link,

I will second Morgana's request for a new topic entry.

I received my new 2019 GBG Calendar in the mail today.
It is just as full of interesting and useful "starting points" as last year.

It is a very worthwhile calendar to consult everyday.

Thanks for the great product.

On November second in the mail I received my 2020 GBG Calendar.

It is as nice this year as those in the past.

I put a few "Craft" calendars up in different rooms but would have to say this has been my favorite for a number of years.

The link earlier in the thread will get you to a place to purchase.

And I would like to thank Link for the fine product.

So order one and support preserving Craft history.

Mike the Blacksmith

Thanks for posting the information Mike!

I was going to get in touch with Link about the 2020 calendar.
I usually do the distribution of the calendar in the Netherlands.
Ordering bulk can help lower the shipping charges per calendar.

Bright Blessings,
Morgana
