I have a new project and wonder if you might be interested.
I am creating an online coven, completely private and limited to 13.
I have several willing students but need experienced Witches, and I would like us to be diverse but work well together.
We would share learning, experiences, decide on common goals, hopefully create a shared Book of Shadows, and so forth.
Ask me any questions if you are at all interested. Most people I am asking in a less direct way, to find out more about them to see if they would fit. Obviously I don't know much about you, but I have my intuition. I'm not asking for a ton of time and energy unless you want to give it.

A little background on me since I sent you this request to consider.

I have had a coven of my own in the real world, some time ago. I was first initiated into a Celtic coven with the patron Goddess Cerridwen. Then I had my own. Later I studied Shamanism with the Hopi and was in fact accepted as a white member of their nation. I went solitary and have only practiced with partners. I've studied chaos magick, sex magick, Aleister Crowley (I was briefly in the OTO but it is too rigid and patriarchal for me), nocturnal Witchcraft (I am not left-hand path, but I have walked the dark), herbal healing, etc. I am heavily into the tarot and working on designing my own deck. I have a few willing students and I am very into my beliefs again, more so than the last few years. I thought an online coven, totally private, might be a good way to go.

So, if you are interested, tell me how you see the Craft and a little about your philosophy. I obviously have no idea at the moment whether you would be a good fit or happy with me.

I look forward to your response.

Hello!

I am starting a real world group in these very days, so probably I won't have time, but it' s a very interesting initiative, and I would be very glad if you keep me informed of how the project is working.

Blessings (and many wishes of a happy new year)

Thanks for the response.
I would start another real-life group myself, but as I said, I don't know where I'm moving to for grad school.
My project is off to a great start. I have an excellent High Priestess, some fairly adept members, some students, and we are currently up to 11. I'm being choosy.
I have forums, a wiki, and soon downloads, a lot of storage and chat. I have literally hundreds and hundreds of eBooks to upload for the group.

I hope your real world project works out excellently. May 2011 be magickal all around.

Good morning dear Shannon Darque Raven,

How might an on line coven work at all?

How do you envisage performing group rituals on line, e. g. marking a circle etc.?

Blessings,

Justinianus
